Description
We are looking to hire a physiotherapist to join our team to cover a temporary leave, initially expected to last 4 months, with the intention of consolidating the position if mutual fit is achieved. Although this is initially a replacement role, we would like to find someone interested in integrating into our project, ensuring continuity of patient care, and growing together with the center. We seek a professional who approaches physiotherapy with clinical reasoning, demonstrates commitment to patients, and has a strong desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
\- Patient assessment and treatment. \- Comprehensive management of visits: from the first visit through discharge. \- Monitoring of clinical progress and recording of medical history. \- Active participation in treatment development and enhancement of the patient experience.
* Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in physiotherapy; knowledge of invasive physiotherapy and ultrasound will be considered favorably.
* Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
* Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced)
* Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate)
* Competencies / knowledge: \- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (mandatory). \- Valid professional registration. \- Minimum demonstrable experience of 1 year. \- Training or interest in ultrasound and physiotherapy will be valued. \- Motivation to work autonomously, continue learning, and deliver close, high-quality care.
* Temporary employment contract (4 months)
* Part-time schedule (20 hours \- weekly working hours)
* Additional relevant information: Coverage of temporary leave (4 months) with a realistic possibility of continuation. \- Contract scheduled for 20 weekly hours, with progressive integration involving fewer initial hours for training, adaptation, and handover. \- Potential for future increase in working hours. \- Stable working hours, with Friday afternoons and weekends off. \- Well-equipped work environment with available clinical resources. \- Appointment scheduling oriented toward quality of care: we prioritize adequate consultation time and clinical continuity over volume. \- Initial onboarding and mentoring to facilitate familiarity with patients and center operations. Remuneration according to the applicable collective agreement and professional profile.
