Requirements * Qualification: Advanced Vocational Training Diploma (CFGS) in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field * Preferred: Education: Advanced Vocational Training Diploma (CFGS) in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field. Technical knowledge: Fundamentals of automation, PLCs and robotics (ability to connect to machinery and understand code/program). Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial electricity. Attitude: Proactive individual with problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and interest in building a long-term career in maintenance. Other: Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. Prior experience or internships in the metal industry will be positively considered. * Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and production lines in the metal sector. Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic incidents. Connection to machinery and interpretation of programs (PLC and robotics basics) for fault diagnosis. Workshop mechanical tasks and machinery adjustments. Collaboration in continuous improvement of facilities. * Mandatory: Direct hiring by the company (no intermediaries).
