Permanent contract effective from 29/07/2026 Job Description An industrial company located in Olot is seeking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Technician with a clear specialization in electricity to join its technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of machinery and plant facilities, with particular focus on addressing electrical incidents and failures. Main Responsibilities: * Detect, diagnose, and repair electrical failures in industrial machinery. * Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. * Work with electrical panels, motors, sensors, frequency inverters, and other industrial components. * Interpret electrical schematics and identify the root cause of incidents. * Provide support during mechanical, pneumatic, or automation interventions when required. * Propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance. * Record all maintenance actions and report detected anomalies. We Offer: * Direct and permanent employment by the company. * Weekly rotating shift (morning and afternoon). * Annual gross salary between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on experience. * Annual variable bonus of up to €2,000. Requirements * Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent training. * Preferred skills: \- Knowledge of PLCs, frequency inverters, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics will be valued. * Requirements: \- Experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial company. + Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and ability to independently resolve electrical failures. + Proactive, responsible individual capable of working effectively in a team. + Residence in Olot or nearby areas.
