What will be your mission at the company? The selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with quality standards for both products and production processes, leading a team of two verification technicians. * Coordinate quality-related activities across the entire supply chain and manufacturing process. * Develop, review, and update control plans for the various manufactured products. * Manage internal incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformities, defining appropriate corrective actions and ensuring their follow-up until closure. * Participate in internal and external audits, guaranteeing implementation of improvement actions derived from audit results. * Ensure proper maintenance of integrated management systems, with special attention to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. * Control measuring, testing, and calibration equipment, ensuring their reliability and compliance with established requirements. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, procedures, and quality standards. * Coordinate environmental management activities and keep related documentation up to date. · Collaborate with the Technical Office on industrialization and development of new products and processes. * Work jointly with the Purchasing Department on supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring processes. * Analyze and monitor key quality indicators, such as supplier quality level, scrap rates, and cost of quality relative to sales. Requirements * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) * Essential: You are the ideal candidate if… + You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a CFGS in Electricity/Electronics, complemented by experience in industrial environments or the home appliance sector. + You have at least 3 years’ experience performing managerial functions within an industrial quality department. + You possess knowledge of the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and EN IEC 60079-0 and EN IEC 60079-7 standards. + You have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management system requirements. + You have experience or specific training in verification and calibration of measuring equipment. + You are accustomed to working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. + You have a high level of English; knowledge of French is considered a plus. + You are a leadership-oriented individual, results-driven, analytically minded, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
