This is a temporary replacement assignment of approximately two months, with realistic prospects of continuation depending on the company’s needs and the performance of the selected candidate. We seek a dynamic, organized, and leadership-capable individual who is eager to assume laboratory management responsibilities and coordinate a team of one person. Responsibilities Laboratory coordination and supervision. Management of a team of one person. Conducting organoleptic analyses and pH controls. Management and monitoring of external laboratories. Sample control, monitoring, and analysis. Validation of cleaning processes. Recording and tracking of analytical results. Coordination and communication with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Requirements Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Laboratory, Quality Analysis and Control, Food Industries, or equivalent qualification. Prior laboratory experience—preferably within the food industry—will be valued. Leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, and eager to work. Offer Temporary contract for approximately two months, with possibility of continuation. Planned start date: mid-August. Full-time position. Intensive working hours from 7\.00 a.m. to 3\.00 p.m. Starting annual gross salary between €24\.000 and €25\.000, depending on experience and profile.
