The selected candidate will join the Quality Department and be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards within the production plant, overseeing proper execution of processes, documentation management, and quality system monitoring. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring implementation and monitoring of the HACCP system, as well as compliance with food legislation and IFS and BRC standards. * Monitoring and controlling hygiene conditions, manufacturing processes, and quality and food safety controls. * Keeping the Quality Management System and all related documentation up to date. * Managing incidents, complaints, non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions. * Leading and participating in internal and external audits. * Promoting continuous improvement initiatives for processes, products, and quality procedures. * Coordinating and supporting the technical quality team. * Participating in staff training on quality, hygiene, and food safety topics. * Supervising the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Collaborating on optimization and efficiency projects while consistently maintaining established quality standards. Requirements: * Experience in food industry production plants. * Ability to work closely with production teams, coordinate teams, and resolve operational incidents. * Methodical, solution-oriented profile with leadership skills. Requirements * Qualification: University degree in Food Science and Technology, Agri-Food Engineering, Food Biotechnology, or a related field. * Preferred: \- Experience in food companies with high quality and food safety requirements. + Experience managing technical quality teams. + Experience conducting internal and external audits. + Ability to drive improvements in production processes and quality systems. * Requirements: \- Organized, rigorous individual with a clear focus on quality. + Solid knowledge of HACCP, IFS, BRC, CAPA, non-conformities, audits, and document management. + Experience in food industry production plants. + Ability to work closely with production, coordinate teams, and resolve operational incidents. + Methodical, solution-oriented profile with leadership skills. * Essential: \- Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in plant quality roles within an industrial food company. + Experience implementing, monitoring, and supervising the HACCP system. + Knowledge of IFS and/or BRC standards. + Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, and English at B1\-B2 level. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
