##### **About the Project** We are currently recruiting **Tutor/Instructors** to participate in a training project linked to a **public tender**. Please note that this position is specifically tied to the execution of said tender. Therefore, the start date, duration, and continuity of the service will depend on the tender’s conditions, award decision, and implementation progress. As this is a public tender, certain experience and qualification requirements are **mandatory criteria for profile accreditation with respect to the project**, and must therefore be substantiated with appropriate documentation during the selection process. ##### **What Will Be Your Mission?** The selected candidate will participate in the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of a specific **leadership training program**. The program will be based on a **people-centered, inclusive model aimed at strengthening internal knowledge**, using a blended methodology combining face-to-face training, virtual classroom sessions, and online activities. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and adapt content and activities for a leadership training program. * Plan and deliver training sessions in both face-to-face and virtual formats. * Deliver training using participatory, people-centered methodologies. * Tutor and support participants throughout the training process. * Monitor participant engagement and progress. * Address questions and facilitate learning throughout the program. * Evaluate learning outcomes and training results. * Foster spaces for participation, inclusion, and knowledge exchange. * Adapt the methodology to participants’ needs and characteristics. ##### **Essential Requirements** * University degree: **Bachelor's and/or Licentiate degree**. * Professional experience demonstrably related to **training and tutoring in the field of leadership**. * At least **300 hours of training and tutoring experience within the last three calendar years (2023, 2024, and 2025\)**. * Of these hours, at least **50 must correspond to training delivered in a virtual classroom**, using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or similar. * Experience in **online training tutoring**, either through specific methodological training in online tutoring or through accredited professional experience. * Experience in the **design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation** of training programs. * Availability to deliver training in a blended format: face-to-face, virtual classroom, and online. **Important:** Experience must be **documentarily verifiable**, as it forms part of the requirements established for the tender. ##### **Project Conditions** * **Estimated duration:** 9 months. * **Working hours:** 9:00–18:00 CET (Spain time). * **Format:** Blended: face-to-face, virtual classroom, and online. **Please note:** As this position is linked to a public tender, the start date and final terms will depend on the tender’s award decision and implementation, as well as on the requirements set forth therein.
