##### **About the project** We are seeking an **Instructional Designer** to participate in a training project linked to an **external tender**. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming training content into online learning experiences, participating in **content curation, instructional design, activity development and assessment**, as well as course virtualization and structuring. ##### **Key responsibilities** * Develop technical\-pedagogical scripts and design learning pathways. * Perform content curation and pedagogical adaptation of training materials. * Design activities, exercises, assessments, and interactive resources. * Structure content for online learning environments. * Participate in the creation and restructuring of courses in Moodle. * Define pedagogical methodologies and teaching resources according to learning objectives. * Apply accessibility, usability, and learner experience criteria. * Participate in the pedagogical validation and review of content. * Coordinate reviews and implement improvements and corrections to training materials. ##### **Requirements** * University degree in **Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Sciences, Teaching, Psychology, or equivalent**. * Specific training in **instructional design, e\-learning, educational technology, or learning experience design**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in pedagogical design projects, content curation, or virtualization of training activities. * Experience in designing online learning experiences. * Knowledge of learning methodologies, activity design, and assessment. * Knowledge of **digital accessibility and usability** applied to online training. * Ability to transform face\-to\-face or theoretical content into structured, interactive digital learning experiences. ##### **Position conditions** * **Project:** External tender. * **Estimated duration:** 18 months. * **Work schedule:** Full\-time. * **Working hours:** 9:00 to 18:00, Spain time. * **Location:** Spain. * **Start date:** Subject to tender award and project launch. **Important:** As this position is linked to a tender, hiring and continuity are subject to tender award, execution, and project requirements.
