Within the Finance area, the Global Procurement unit is an exciting function characterized by a strong global mindset and cross-functional impact across all areas of the Bank. It serves as a catalyst and liaison with the entire ecosystem of partners and suppliers required by the Bank to carry out its activities.
We work to improve the Bank’s efficiency by negotiating the best possible market conditions for the various goods and services it requires, ensuring procurement processes are executed in a context of equal opportunity for suppliers, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations, adherence to applicable local laws in each market, and aiming to deliver the best experience to our internal clients throughout the negotiation process.
As part of the Global Procurement function, **Procurement Execution** is the area responsible for leading the sourcing strategy and execution for the Group’s key procurement categories. To achieve this, it is organized into four specialized Procurement Directorates:
* Information Technology
* Business Operations
* Payments, Professional Services, Marketing \& Digital Sales
* Talent \& Culture, Insurance \& Infrastructures
This structure enables deep market knowledge of suppliers, provides close and stable engagement with business units, and leads high-impact negotiations for the Group, delivering strategic and specialized insight across each procurement domain.

**Your mission**

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will act as the strategic procurement reference for one or several categories, leading the definition of the sourcing strategy, supplier market engagement, and the Group’s highest-impact negotiations.
You will participate in local, regional, and international projects combining economic analysis, organizational transformation, innovation, strategic negotiation, and change management—directly contributing to efficiency generation and the evolution of the Group’s operating models.
**Key responsibilities**

Transformation and value creation
* Identify optimization and transformation opportunities through analysis of internal data, benchmarking, market trends, and technological evolution.
* Design initiatives that deliver sustainable economic efficiencies and operational improvements.
* Develop business cases, financial models, and feasibility analyses to support decision-making.
* Lead transformation projects from conceptualization through implementation.
Strategic sourcing project management
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in complex, global environments.
* Lead initiatives without direct hierarchical authority, fostering alignment among all involved functions.
* Manage work plans, risks, and interdependencies.
* Drive change management processes to ensure adoption of implemented initiatives.
Market intelligence and innovation
* Continuously analyze the evolution of supplier markets and emerging technologies.
* Identify opportunities arising from new technological capabilities, artificial intelligence, automation, and digitalization.
* Maintain an up-to-date view of industry trends, new service models, and competitive dynamics.
Strategic negotiation and contracting
* Define negotiation strategies aligned with each project’s objectives.
* Lead competitive procurement and supplier selection processes.
* Design evaluation frameworks, pricing models, service-level agreements, and contractual structures.
* Manage complex negotiations with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Jointly define—with the Legal Services area—and negotiate supplier relationship contract models.
* Ensure compliance with the Group’s procurement and contracting regulations.
Internal client relationship
* Act as a strategic partner to business units.
* Understand internal client needs and translate them into value-driven initiatives.
* Support decision-making through rigorous analysis.
**What we look for**

Experience
* Professional background: Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic procurement and/or project management, including at least 2 years performing similar roles in multinational environments.
* High-complexity negotiation: Proven experience managing international suppliers and negotiating commercial and legal terms.
* Procurement systems (ERP \& e-Sourcing): Solid experience using procurement management tools. Knowledge of SAP / SAP Ariba is highly valued, as is experience with the Adquira marketplace or similar solutions.
* Procurement financial analysis: Experience developing business cases, total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, and cost-optimization models.

* Generative AI and productivity: Regular use of tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT for data analysis, market research, documentation drafting, and task optimization.
* Digital ecosystem and collaboration: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and its collaborative or automation tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Looker Studio, AppSheet, Apps Script, or similar).

Education
**Minimum requirements:**
* University degree: Engineering (Industrial, Telecommunications, etc.), Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related disciplines.
* Languages: Advanced English, with demonstrated fluency for international negotiation, contract drafting, and presentations to executive committees.
**Valuable postgraduate education and certifications:**
* Master’s or postgraduate degree: An MBA, Master’s in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation would be highly valued.
* Functional specialization: Complementary accredited training in Strategic Negotiation, Corporate Strategy, or Project Management (e.g., Agile methodologies, PMP).
* Technological specialization: Courses or certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (Looker Studio, Power BI), or application of Artificial Intelligence to the business environment.
