Innovamat is an educational organization focused on mathematics learning. Its purpose is to improve how this subject is taught by providing resources, training, and research to the educational community.
Founded in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat works with 27,000 teachers from over 2,600 educational centers across Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru—enabling more than 600,000 students to learn mathematics by fostering deep understanding and competency development.
#### **Your mission**
**You will join our team of experts in mathematics education** and your mission will be to ensure the quality and pedagogical depth of Innovamat’s implementation in educational centers.
You will play a key role in the training and pedagogical support of both teachers and Innovamat’s internal teams, contributing to raising the mathematical and pedagogical knowledge across the entire organization.
In collaboration with the Key Account Managers team and the rest of the pedagogical team, you will design and implement training and classroom interventions that guarantee robust, coherent, and Innovamat-aligned mathematics practice.
#### **Your day-to-day at Innovamat**
* You will actively participate in **internal training sessions on mathematics education**, aiming to further deepen your mathematical and pedagogical knowledge.
* You will collaborate in the **design and execution of the internal training plan**, supporting the commercial and advisory teams to enhance their understanding of mathematics education and the Innovamat approach.
* You will regularly visit **educational centers** to deliver **training to teaching staff**, adapting content to different stages: early childhood, primary, and secondary education.
* You will enter **mathematics classrooms** to conduct observations, model lessons, and implement pedagogical practices, supporting teachers in improving their teaching practice.
* You will provide **pedagogical and technical feedback** to teaching teams following classroom observations, helping them reflect on and evolve their mathematics instruction.
* You will directly manage certain educational centers when required to carry out **in-depth and highly technical didactic interventions in mathematics**.
* You will coordinate with regional teams and the pedagogical team to identify needs, share learnings, and propose solutions to daily pedagogical challenges.
* You will attend events, trainings, and meetings within the educational sector related to mathematics education.
* You will be part of an agile team characterized by **shared responsibility, interdependence, and continuous learning**.
#### **What are we looking for in you?**
* Genuine passion for **mathematics education** and educational impact.
Strong **mathematical ability**, with ease in understanding and analyzing mathematical content.
* Strong motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge of education and pedagogy across any stage: early childhood, primary, and/or secondary education.
* Prior experience in the **mathematics classroom**, in at least one educational stage (early childhood, primary, or secondary).
* Strong communication skills in **Catalan** and Spanish.
* Dynamism and proactivity in problem-solving, along with capacity for learning and adaptation.
* Ability to connect effectively with teachers and educational teams, building relationships based on trust.
* Strong communication skills, both in training contexts and in pedagogical support settings.
* Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration with diverse profiles across the organization.
* Organization, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Valid driver’s license

* Have experience delivering teacher training or supporting methodological change processes.
* Have worked with various pedagogical models or innovative mathematics proposals.
