Job Summary: Business Insights is seeking a Senior UX professional to design and enhance user experiences, manage Design Systems, and apply AI in designing customized software solutions. Not only that—you’ll also have the chance to work with renowned clients across diverse industries, enabling you to gain broad experience in software development and enhance your ability to create innovative and effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities** UX and Product Design * Designing and enhancing user experiences on high-traffic public websites. * Maintaining, evolving, and correctly applying the Design System. * Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs. * Continuously collaborating with product, development, and stakeholder teams. * Validating design proposals against usability, accessibility, and scalability criteria. * Documenting design decisions and best practices. Using New Tools and Workflows * Using AI-powered design tools (e.g., layout generation, visual exploration, variants, etc.). * Applying workflows that facilitate handoff to development and exporting designs to code. * Continuously optimizing processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience as a UX Designer / Senior UX Designer. * Experience using, creating, or maintaining a Design System. * Experience working on public websites—not exclusively on closed apps or low-volume products. * Ability to work autonomously on ongoing projects. * Experience collaborating with product and development teams. * Strong user- and business-oriented design judgment. Desirable Requirements * Experience in content products, digital media, or financial environments. * Regular use of AI applied to design. * Knowledge of accessibility and usability in high-traffic environments. * Experience working with design tokens or scalable systems. Soft Skills * Autonomy and accountability. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. * Practical, problem-solving mindset. * Organizational and prioritization skills. * Passion for innovation and continuous learning. **Position Details** * Full-time collaboration (8 hours per day). * Open to both temporary contracts and freelance arrangements. * Project to cover a maternity leave (until end of year). * Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office. * Established digital environment with highly visible products and significant user impact.
