You will play a key role in creating clear, useful, and engaging digital experiences for our users, **leveraging the latest tools and methodologies—including Artificial Intelligence.** **Here’s What You’ll Do:** * **Design and write strategic content** for digital products: from interface microcopy (desktop and mobile), onboarding flows, push notifications, acquisition landing pages, and error messages—ensuring clarity and consistency. * Conceptualize and design digital products in close collaboration with UX, SEO, Design, and Development teams, delivering **content solutions that solve user problems** and support business objectives. * Actively participate in user research and usability testing to **validate content** and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the digital product. * Contribute to the product’s overall **content strategy**, helping define the brand’s voice and tone across all digital interactions. * **Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence tools** for content optimization and generation—including **prompt engineering (prompting)** and the **creation of conversational agents or content assistants** that enhance user experience. **Additionally, We’d Love It If You:** * Have a deep passion for words and an unwavering **user\-centric mindset**. You understand the importance of maintaining consistent, clear, concise, and accessible content throughout the entire user experience.
