Web Designer

At thePower, we are looking for a Web Designer with at least 4–5 years of experience, capable of transforming ideas into impactful digital experiences. We want someone who not only designs but also understands how to attract, convert, and build strong brands from scratch. Responsibilities * Design and develop websites and lead-generation landing pages in WordPress and Framer. * Create and evolve complete brand identities (naming, branding, visual style, tone, typography, etc.). * Design modern and effective interfaces focused on user experience (UX/UI). * Optimize each project for SEO, speed, and conversion. * Collaborate closely with content, performance, and development teams to create coherent and effective digital experiences. Requirements * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in web design (WordPress + Framer). * Experience in brand creation and development. * Solid knowledge of UX/UI, responsive design, and on-page SEO. * Excellent aesthetic judgment and ability to combine design and strategy. * Creative, proactive individual with a growth mindset and eagerness to add real value to the team. * Figma experience is a plus. * Stay up to date with the latest trends in design, technology, and digital behavior.
