We are seeking a final-year UX/UI Designer intern (with potential conversion to a V.I.E.) to join our team in Barcelona. As a UX/UI Design intern, you will work alongside our Design team and **participate in all phases of our client projects**, from Discovery to Delivery, in **close collaboration with our Product teams** (PM, PO, Project Director) and **Tech teams** (Tech Lead, DevOps, Developers, Data…) Mentored by the Lead Designer, your key responsibilities will include: ### **1\- UX/UI DESIGN** **✨** * **Analyze client requirements** in collaboration with internal teams and propose a design approach tailored to each project * **Conduct and facilitate Design Thinking workshops** with our clients * **Translate insights and synthesize them** into clear deliverables (workshop reports, user flows, wireframes, etc.) * **Create high-fidelity desktop and mobile mockups on Figma** (proficiency in components, auto-layouts, prototyping, etc.) * Build or evolve Design Systems and UI kits * **Support Product and Tech teams** to ensure faithful implementation of mockups ### **2\- Project Management** * **Regularly communicate with clients**, from Discovery to Design Delivery * **Work collaboratively** to ensure product & design consistency throughout the project * Propose continuous improvements for ongoing projects * Build trust-based relationships with our clients * **Manage your time and priorities effectively** * Occasionally contribute to tender submissions ### **3\- Continuous Improvement** * Actively contribute to our internal design culture: trend monitoring, inspiration sharing, knowledge exchange. * Hello Pomelo is a young, fast-growing company.
