We are currently seeking a **Training Manager** to lead the coordination of product training for our services, ensuring that operational teams possess the necessary knowledge and tools to deliver the best possible customer experience. If you enjoy organizing projects, coordinating teams, and collaborating across departments to turn knowledge into results, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of product training, guaranteeing proper implementation of training content and responding effectively to the needs of various services and clients. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Plan and coordinate product training activities for new hires and operational teams. * Assign the most suitable training resources based on the requirements of each project. * Coordinate training for professionals undergoing internal mobility or relocation. * Organize the implementation of training content provided by clients, ensuring accurate knowledge transfer. * Identify opportunities for improvement in training processes and content, proposing initiatives to optimize the learning experience. * Maintain continuous communication with Operations, Human Resources, Quality, and clients to identify training needs and coordinate their execution. * Plan training schedules and monitor the progress of implemented activities. * Prepare reports and summaries on training activities and their evolution. * Promote cross-functional training and development initiatives when operational needs require it. * Ensure quality and proper execution of product training processes. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience coordinating training actions or projects. * Strong planning, organizational, and priority management skills. * Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse departments and clients. * Commitment to continuous improvement and service quality. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused attitude. **What do we offer?** * Join a stable, continuously growing, and transforming company. * Professional development and growth opportunities within the organization. * Permanent employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday, 9:00–15:00. * Hybrid remote/on-site work model. * Position location: Avda. de los Premios Nobel 37, Torrejón de Ardoz. **Will you take on the challenge?** If you are passionate about training, enjoy coordinating projects, and are motivated to contribute to people’s development to drive service success, we want to meet you.
