Your responsibilities will include: * Designing job offers tailored to each need and publishing them on job portals. * Recruitment and selection: integrating various professional profiles into the organization and into different clients across multiple sectors. * Personnel administration: supporting daily workforce management (absences, absenteeism tracking). * Creating internal reports on recruitment processes per company. * Continuously improving recruitment processes and adapting them to client requirements. * Establishing KPIs: recruitment process efficiency per company, turnover, etc. We offer: * Direct employment contract with the company. * Permanent position. * Working hours from 07:00 to 15:00. **Requirements:** --------------- Education related to the position: * University degree in Law or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * A Master’s degree in HR Management will be considered an advantage.
