We are currently seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join us as **Second Store Manager** for the brands **Moda Re\-** and **Beyondwear**. If you are passionate about circular fashion, the retail world, and wish to grow within a socially impactful project, we are looking for you! **Responsibilities** * Customer service and loyalty, with personalized attention. * Store management: visual merchandising, cash handling, window displays, and overall organization. * Sales performance analysis and implementation of action plans to achieve targets. * Stock control: ordering, receiving, restocking, and inventory management. * Use of the point-of-sale (POS) system and up-to-date recordkeeping and control sheets. * Coordination and task distribution among team members based on their skills and strengths. * Compliance with company-defined quality standards and occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations. * Active promotion of the Foundation’s values. **Requirements:** **Qualifications:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Intermediate Vocational Training in Commercial Activities. **Minimum experience** of 2 years in retail outlet management and team coordination. **Key competencies** **Leadership and team management:** Coordinating, motivating, and supporting teams, distributing tasks efficiently while leveraging each person’s strengths. **Customer orientation:** Providing close and personalized service, identifying customer needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. **Results orientation:** Monitoring sales indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving actions to meet commercial objectives. **Organization and planning:** Managing schedules, stock, operational priorities, and available resources to ensure smooth store operations. **What we offer?** **Temporary contract**, for **long-term leave replacement**, **full-time**, with working hours from Monday to Saturday. **Stability and growth:** You will join an organization in constant expansion, strongly focused on social impact. **Inclusive environment:** A diverse workplace committed to equal opportunities. **Professional development:** We invest in our teams’ growth through continuous training, mentoring, and internal promotion. **Contribution to a purpose-driven brand:** You will work at Moda Re\- and Beyondwear, leaders in circular fashion and social transformation. **Join our mission and help us transform lives through training and employment!**
