We are seeking an **Employment Counselor** to join a **strategic public tender project**, aimed at promoting the socio-labor integration of individuals facing or at risk of social exclusion, through guidance, support, and employability enhancement activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting participants throughout their entire employment integration pathway—from initial outreach and onboarding to follow-up during their job search process. Additionally, they will deliver individualized career guidance, develop action plans, conduct labor intermediation, and coordinate with the project’s technical team to ensure achievement of established objectives. This is a key position within the Operational Technical Unit, involving frequent direct contact with beneficiaries and a strong focus on improving their employability—facilitating their access to the labor market and sustaining their participation in the integration pathways defined under the tender framework. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a professional experienced in employment counseling, supporting vulnerable groups, and implementing employment programs—capable of delivering personalized, needs-based support to each participant. The candidate must demonstrate: * A university degree or higher education qualification in **Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, Social Education, Labor Relations, Sociology**, or related disciplines. * Minimum of **two (2) years** of experience in employment programs, vocational guidance, professional counseling, or labor intermediation. * Experience working with **Roma people** or other groups facing or at risk of social exclusion. * Experience designing and monitoring personalized employment integration pathways. * Experience in participant outreach, onboarding, guidance, support, and follow-up activities. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and partner organizations. **Required technical knowledge** The candidate must possess solid knowledge in: * Employment counseling and development of personalized integration pathways. * Active job search techniques, employability enhancement, and labor intermediation. * Employment programs targeting vulnerable groups and active labor market policies. * Social and labor support methodologies. * Public and private employment, training, and career guidance resources. * Employability diagnostics and individualized integration plans. * Interviewing, motivation, and support techniques for individuals undergoing job search processes. * Document management, preparation of follow-up reports, and monitoring of project indicators. * Proficiency in office software and employment program management platforms.
