The professional will be responsible for a wide range of technical and customer service activities. Key responsibilities include installing, assembling, calibrating, and commissioning digital cutting tables directly at customer facilities across the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, scheduled preventive maintenance must be performed, and corrective maintenance tasks must be efficiently executed to resolve faults of electromechanical, pneumatic, or software-related nature. A core part of the role involves delivering specialized technical training to customer operators, enabling them to properly operate the machinery and associated CAD/CAM software, thereby ensuring optimal and safe equipment usage. The position also requires continuous remote support and troubleshooting, aiming to swiftly diagnose and resolve any technical incidents that may arise, thus minimizing machine downtime. After each intervention, comprehensive administrative management is required, including drafting detailed technical reports documenting all actions taken, and accurately tracking spare parts inventory in the assigned company vehicle to ensure necessary components are always available for rapid response.
