Currently, we are seeking to hire one sales-focused professional for our store located in Pamplona/Iruña. ***What will you do at Dormity?*** Your role will be fundamental in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and personalized advisory support tailored to each customer’s actual needs. * Driving sales confidently, convincingly, and with in-depth product knowledge. * Following up on quotations and contributing to customer retention. * Guiding customers through to purchase decisions, ensuring an outstanding experience while building trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €20,920 + an attractive commission system resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing product and sales technique training delivered by our specialists. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
