You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Technology, Customer Integration, and external suppliers to ensure TMS solutions deliver maximum business value. **What will you do daily?** ------------------------------- * Lead the team responsible for operating, maintaining, and evolving TMS systems. * Coordinate implementation, migration, and continuous improvement projects for transportation platforms. * Prioritize initiatives and backlog jointly with Operations and Business units. * Ensure incident resolution and adherence to agreed service levels. * Oversee TMS integration with ERP, WMS, customer platforms, and other corporate systems. * Define and optimize operational processes related to transportation, distribution, and logistics. * Manage technology vendors and specialized partners. * Define and monitor KPIs for platform availability, service quality, and evolution. * Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Identify new technologies applicable to logistics and lead their evaluation and implementation. * Serve as the liaison point between Technology, Operations, Logistics, and other key business areas. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * English proficiency level B2 or higher. * Minimum 5 years leading technology teams. * Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, or evolving TMS systems. * Experience managing Agile projects. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments. * Experience managing incidents and providing business support. * TMS systems (SAP TM, Oracle TMS, Blue Yonder, Alertran, Unigis, or similar). * Integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, XML, and JSON. * SQL and PL/SQL. * Power BI or other data analytics tools. * Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tools. * Integration with ERP, WMS, and customer platforms. ### **We will value** * Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe). * PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications. * Training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation. * Experience in digital transformation processes. \#babel **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
