Your Mission We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join a major retail-sector company (among others) in Andorra la Vella. You will become part of a close-knit, professional, and committed team where your work directly impacts users’ daily experience. You will serve as the first point of technological contact, resolving IT incidents and requests both on-site and remotely—with efficient solutions and excellent service. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Resolution of IT incidents and requests (Level 1). Direct on-site and remote support for end users. Management of users, access rights, and permissions. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Collaboration with the technical team in a dynamic and professional environment. What are we looking for in you? Experience in technical support / helpdesk (Level 1). Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge. Commitment, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Good command of Catalan. Technical knowledge in: Active Directory (user creation, deletion, and permissions) VPN user management Servers (basic or intermediate level) Remote access tools (LogMeIn, TeamViewer, etc.) Windows and macOS operating systems Android and iOS mobile devices Microsoft Office 365 Fixed VoIP telephony Hardware and software TCP/IP Ticketing tools (JIRA, Zendesk, OTRS, Remedy, etc.) What makes us different?
