Location Sevilla Category Public Administration Subcategory Regional Administration Sector Information Services and Technology Working Hours Full-time Work Modality Hybrid Professional Level Middle Management Department Others ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Project Manager for Technical Office (PMO) to join one of our most important public-sector clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Coordination and Management: Detailed activity planning, resource allocation, schedule and cost control, and milestone management * Monitoring and Control: Active monitoring to detect deviations in cost, time, or quality; proposing corrective actions and managing risks * Development Management: Defining requirements with functional users and overseeing the software lifecycle, including delivery and deployment management * Quality and Security Assurance: Ensuring compliance with Quality Office standards, measuring supplier service levels (ANS), and guaranteeing conformity with the National Security Scheme (ENS) at the MEDIUM level * Liaison: Acting as the interface between the functional users of the Regional Ministry, the systems department, and external development providers **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Official University Master’s Degree in ICT (MECES 3 / EQF 7\). * Experience: Minimum 4 years leading application development projects. * Alternative: If no Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of experience is acceptable. * Valuable Knowledge: * Methodologies: Agile certifications (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with MÉTRICA v3 * Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Redmine, GitLab, and Jenkins * Security: Experience ensuring compliance with ENS Medium-level regulations **Where would we like you to be located for this vacancy?** The role will be performed on-site at the client’s offices in Sevilla. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday; Friday afternoons are free.
