Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development. **Internal Medicine Specialist – Home Care** We are looking for an Internal Medicine Specialist to join a home care unit belonging to a renowned hospital located in Barcelona. This position targets professionals who wish to practice accessible, comprehensive, and patient-centered medicine by providing specialized care in the home setting, thereby enhancing patients' quality of life and continuity of care. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct home medical visits and clinical follow-up of assigned patients. * Assess each patient's progress and adjust treatments and therapeutic plans according to clinical needs. * Coordinate care with nursing staff and other professionals involved in the care process. * Prepare medical reports and record corresponding clinical activities. * Participate in clinical sessions, team meetings, and departmental training activities. **Requirements** * Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent). * Specialization in Internal Medicine via MIR program. **(Candidates undergoing specialty recognition procedures are welcome.)** * Valid medical license registration. * Prior experience in home care, chronic disease management, or complex patient care will be valued. * Ability to work autonomously, strong organizational skills, and orientation toward multidisciplinary teamwork. **We Offer** * Integration into a leading hospital group. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday. * Standard morning and afternoon shifts, including a lunch break. * Participation in weekend hospital on-call duties (6–8 times per year). * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience. **Economic Conditions** * Physician A (up to 6 years of experience): €69,344 gross annual salary. * Physician B (6–12 years of experience): €77,653 gross annual salary. * Physician C (specialty recognition in progress): €57,733.06 Additionally, travel conducted using personal vehicles for clinical activities will be reimbursed based on mileage.
