At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in technology environments to lead projects related to container platforms and DevOps practices. The selected candidate will serve as the liaison between technical teams and the client, ensuring proper planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects. This role combines project management capabilities with sufficient technical understanding to interact effectively with engineering teams **Requirements:** * Experience as a Project Manager in IT projects * Proficiency in project management methodologies: * Agile (Scrum, Kanban) * Waterfall (as contextually appropriate) * Experience in planning, estimation, and control * Stakeholder management and effective communication * Experience in client-facing environments (consulting or services) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of container platforms: + Kubernetes (various distributions and cloud environments) + OpenShift * Experience in the DevOps ecosystem: + CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.) + Version control systems (Git) * Understanding of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) * Familiarity with DevOps practices: automation, infrastructure as code, continuous deployment * Ability to understand and support troubleshooting of pipelines, deployments, and operations. **Responsibilities:** * Planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in DevOps environments and container platforms * Defining scope, managing risks, and controlling deviations * Coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams * Direct interaction with clients and stakeholders * Preparing periodic reporting (status, risks, KPIs, progress) * Managing roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives * Ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives * Facilitating agile ceremonies (where applicable) and continuously improving processes **What You’ll Find at DXC?** * Professional development. * Cutting-edge projects with market-leading clients. * Excellent work environment. * Flexibility and work-life balance. * Opportunities to work with leading-edge technologies in the IT sector. * Access to DXC Learning and official certifications. * Social and responsible commitment. * Stable employment. * Social benefits.
