Duties include cleaning building entrances and common areas, using appropriate products for each surface, treating and polishing floors, stairs, furniture, and glass, as well as restocking cleaning supplies when necessary. Candidates must have a certified disability of at least 33%, as recognized by the competent authority, and prior experience in such tasks. A permanent part-time contract is offered, with 4 hours of work per day in Oviedo, and the possibility of extending working hours in Gijón. The monthly gross salary is EUR 700.
