The Electronic Security Systems Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the implementation and maintenance of electronic security solutions in critical infrastructure and corporate environments. Their mission is to ensure the quality, reliability, and integration of security systems while complying with applicable security regulations and standards. **Requirements** **Education:** * Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum **5 years** managing electronic security projects. **Skills:** * Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. * Communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers. * Budget management and financial control of projects. **Additional Information** **Key Responsibilities** Project Management: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security systems projects. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and technical requirements. * Supervise installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems, ensuring proper functionality. Technical Design and Specification: * Define technical requirements and develop specifications for electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, PSIM, etc.). * Ensure integration and interoperability among various security subsystems. * Verify that designs comply with national and international standards and regulations (IEC, EN, ISO, private security regulations, etc.). Supplier and Contractor Coordination: * Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers of electronic security solutions. * Supervise contractor execution of work, ensuring technical quality of installations. * Conduct technical audits, functional testing, and validation of deployed systems. Financial and Administrative Management: * Monitor budgets, costs, and financial variances throughout the project lifecycle. * Perform financial tracking and ensure project profitability and viability. * Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and deliverables for clients and regulatory bodies. Maintenance and Support: * Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for security systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical and operational incidents. * Train technical staff and end users on system usage, operation, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
