We believe in doing things intentionally, energetically, and with pride in who we are as a team. **YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF…** * You have \+5 years of experience in organized foodservice (QSR) * You have \+3 years leading large teams and middle management * You have managed P&L accounts and financial KPIs * Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost control * Advanced knowledge of food safety and occupational health & safety (PRL) * Experience in selecting, training, evaluating, and developing teams * Leadership skills, people-oriented mindset, and business acumen * Spoken and written English is a plus. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN OUR TEAM?** * Lead the full restaurant operation while upholding Wingstop standards * Achieve defined KPIs and financial objectives set by the Area Manager * Plan schedules, manage inventory, handle orders, and control costs * Ensure a perfect product and a memorable service experience * Guarantee compliance with food safety, PRL, and audit processes * Manage incidents with judgment and autonomy * Select, train, evaluate, and develop the team (crew members, shift leads, and assistant managers) * Promote Wingstop’s culture and maintain a stable, positive, performance-driven environment **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Permanent contract, 40 hours per week. * Fixed salary above collective agreement (€30,000 gross/year in 12 payments) * Variable incentives based on operational and financial performance * Continuous shift schedule with rotating shifts.
