You will have room to grow, flexibility to balance life and work, and the opportunity to improve health around the world—together. **Our team, your impact** ------------------------------ You will be responsible for managing commercial activities within the pharmacy channel in your territory, ensuring achievement of sales objectives, customer portfolio development, and OTC product positioning. **What the candidate will do each day** ------------------------------------ JOB MISSION: * Achieve monthly sales targets to ensure attainment of territorial objectives * Expand and evolve your customer portfolio numerically and by segmentation * Maintain an excellent network of relationships with pharmacies in your area * Present an impeccable image of the company and our products within your sphere of influence KEY TASKS AND ACTIVITIES: * Gain in-depth knowledge of current and potential customers * Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and those offered by competitors * Plan daily visits, optimizing routes to achieve optimal results * Create, maintain, and keep up-to-date a customer database, recording their specific characteristics * Analyze monthly and cumulative sales data and product coverage to implement necessary corrective actions * Identify potential business opportunities within your territory * Prepare your own monthly travel expense settlements in accordance with Group policies and Code of Conduct * Identify and manage potential market irregularities in your region * Carefully maintain materials and tools provided by the company * Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue unpaid debts * Comply with the Code of Conduct and all applicable regulations **Experience and Qualifications** --------------------------------- * Minimum 2 years’ experience in OTC/Consumer Health product sales in community pharmacies * Degree in Health Sciences or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required * Valid Class B driver’s license (held for at least 2 years) * Willingness and ability to travel required: 60% of working time **Area to Cover** ----------------- Madrid (residence within the Community of Madrid) APPLICANTS WITHOUT RESIDENCE IN THIS AREA ARE REQUESTED NOT TO APPLY **How We’ll Support You** ---------------------- At Teva, we believe better health begins from within—and that includes you.
