We are seeking a nurse to conduct initial assessments for each user, document them in a report, and design intervention plans with follow-up. The nurse will also be responsible for reviewing medical reports, periodically monitoring body mass index, detecting pathologies at an early stage, and collecting data from performed checks. The nurse will prepare medication under medical prescription, participate in assessment and follow-up reports, and evaluate resources required for healthcare. Additionally, the nurse will report incidents to management, collaborate in the care and well-being of minors when required, and coordinate or accompany users to medical appointments, hospital admissions, or emergencies. The nurse will prepare the healthcare-related sections of reports, monitor medication stock, train staff, and provide healthcare guidelines. The nurse will also coordinate with the healthcare system and ambulances, review hygiene and medication records, and monitor the vaccination schedule. The position is located in Albox (Almería), and a temporary employment contract is offered.
