Job Summary: We are seeking a degree-holding nurse for a residential care facility, responsible for medication administration, patient care, coordination with primary healthcare teams (EAP), and family communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisted and managerial role in residential care 2. Responsibility for care provision and communication with families 3. Medication management and interaction with medical services A nurse is required for a residential care facility in Cardedeu, holding a bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing. Permanent employment contract, full-time schedule Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 21:00 (shifts alternate monthly), and alternate weekends from 7:00 to 17:00. Gross annual salary is 33\.000 euros paid in 14 installments. Duties: administer and record residents' medications, perform nursing care, attend to and coordinate contact with the Primary Healthcare Team (EAP), conduct PIAIs (Individualized Care Plans), and communicate with families regarding residents' conditions.
