Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and visual impact of products. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. You don’t need prior retail experience to join us—but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. Therefore, strong communication skills and solid commercial awareness are essential. As a company in full expansion, our needs are spread across the country—and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to diverse business units to enhance their professional progression. Hence, national geographic availability is a mandatory requirement.
