**Because you make the difference** At Primark, we love doing things our way—and that’s how we continue growing and opening new stores worldwide. We offer our customers current fashion at affordable prices, with passion, approachability, and commitment. If you identify with these principles, join us as a Team Manager in a rapidly expanding company. Because you have what it takes to lead a team and deliver the best shopping experience to your customers, this is your opportunity to leave your mark. **Because you matter** People are at the heart of everything we do—so it’s essential we provide you with the right environment to bring out your best. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of benefits that put you first: * Professional development opportunities at national and international levels within a continuously expanding company. * Our working weeks average five days, with continuous shifts. * Ongoing training across various areas. * Opportunities to support new store openings in different locations. * Employee discount to purchase products from our fantastic collections. **What will your responsibilities be?** As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for a section or department within the store. Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and visual impact of products. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. We’ll provide you with a tailored development programme and all the support you need to grow at Primark. **How would we like you to be?** This role is about leading teams—so, in addition to excellent customer service skills, you’ll be a leader capable of building professional relationships with your colleagues. You don’t need prior retail experience to join us—but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. Therefore, strong communication skills and solid commercial awareness are essential. As a company in full expansion, our needs are spread across the country—and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to diverse business units to enhance their professional progression. Hence, national geographic availability is a mandatory requirement. If you join Primark as a Team Manager, we’ll positively consider recent completion of university degrees in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, MBA (or similar). A good level of English is important; we’ll also value any other languages you speak—including sign language. Please let us know, as it helps us deliver outstanding service to our customers. **Apply today to join our team!** Primark promotes equal employment opportunities. Internal colleagues must submit their applications by 24/08/2026\. Just like our fashion, our culture adapts to every individual. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where people can be themselves, access opportunities, and thrive together. **REQ ID:** JR\-12601
