DESCRIPTION Prosegur is seeking an intern for the **labor relations area**, based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model combining remote work and office attendance. We believe in talent — that’s why we are currently looking for an intern trained in law, labor relations, or a related field, who has an interest in labor relations and international environments. A young, dynamic team with an excellent working atmosphere. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You will learn and provide support in the following areas: * Coordination of labor relations across more than 30 countries, gaining visibility into collective bargaining and key contingencies in various countries. * Analysis of employee well-being-related data, including extracting, transforming, and analyzing data related to global people management. * Drafting and reviewing jurisdiction-specific HR policies and contractual clauses. * Designing, monitoring, and implementing international HR projects. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** Primarily, we seek a committed individual with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a challenging environment like Prosegur.
