These are the values that inspire our 22\.000 employees across 8 countries every day! **STEF, specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is seeking a Team Leader for its San Agustín del Guadalix branch, on a permanent contract.** This is an operational management position in the logistics area, where you will manage a team of people to understand, monitor, and communicate objectives, as well as identify and develop collaborators' competencies. **Your Mission:** * Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for your team according to schedules and current needs. * Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness in the work area. * Prepare shift rosters for subsequent validation by the manager. * Ensure proper integration (welcome, training, mentoring) of new team members. * Report all activity indicators and propose areas for improvement. **What We Are Looking For:** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Logistics, Transport, or Administration. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar team management role, preferably within logistics (e.g., retail, industry, or business-to-business services). * Candidate accustomed to working with KPIs and results-oriented. **What We Offer:** * Work in a dynamic environment where you will integrate seamlessly with the team. * Develop communication and planning skills through teamwork. **What Makes STEF Different?** Being a Team Leader at STEF means having the opportunity to develop specific team management competencies, acquire technical knowledge in specialized operations, and progress to an Activity Manager role.
