Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language proficiency. **Your daily routine will begin to sound like this…** * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service delivery within the area, according to the hotel’s established standards. * Prepare the housekeeping trolley with all necessary supplies required to clean guest rooms. * Clean and tidy guest rooms, checking the condition of installations and furniture according to the standards defined for each room type. * Inspect and ensure that each guest room and bathroom are stocked with the required products and accessories, per the standards outlined in the room ambiance manual. * Process and restock minibar consumables used by guests. * Monitor room conditions; report maintenance issues or damages by submitting maintenance reports. * Track and record incidents reported in assigned guest rooms. * Inspect and verify vacant rooms. * Collect and deliver forgotten items found in guest rooms to the Housekeeper. * Clean the corridor of the assigned floor. * Tidy the floor’s housekeeping office and all used work materials. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service delivery within the area, according to the hotel’s established standards. * Perform other duties within your scope of responsibilities as requested by your direct supervisor. * Comply with organizational standards regarding quality, safety and health, environmental protection, and data privacy. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Secondary education graduate (ESO). Specific training in housekeeping is desirable. Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 4\* or higher category hotels.
