It is a unique opportunity for Architecture and Engineering professionals who have recently completed or will complete their degree or master’s studies by September 2026\. Through the JAP, you can: * Gain learning and growth by working directly with clients on high-impact projects for the organisation. * Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams from any of our offices worldwide. * Join multicultural teams capable of tackling daily challenges to achieve outstanding results and recognition from our clients. **Target Audience:** This programme is specifically designed for recent graduates who obtained their undergraduate or master’s degree after November 2026. **What you’ll learn in this area:** * Cost planning and estimation: Support in developing budgets, estimates, and cost plans across various project phases. * Project financial management: Participation in cost control, change management, and financial monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. * Tender process support: Collaboration in tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract preparation support. * Cost monitoring and reporting: Tracking variances, cost analysis, and support in forecasting preparation. * Value engineering: Identification of cost optimisation opportunities while maintaining quality and project objectives. **Requirements** * To participate in the selection process, you must have completed your university studies by September 2026 and be available to join full-time in September/October 2026\. * You may apply before completing your university studies, but completion is mandatory upon joining us. * Additionally, a demonstrable C1 level of English is essential. * International experience and a strong interest in building a career in the Project Management sector will be highly valued.
