Job Summary: We are looking for a web design enthusiast focused on conversion for e-commerce and service businesses, with proactivity and strong motivation to create winning designs. We work with e-commerce, SaaS, and service-based companies aiming to scale sales profitably by integrating Google Ads, Social Ads, SEO, CRO, and content into a single business-oriented system. We measure the success of our projects in terms of sales. We seek a passionate web page designer ready to conquer the e-commerce and service industries. You must be proactive, possess independent judgment, be analytical, and have exceptional motivation to execute winning designs. **Your Responsibilities** Maintain clear workflow coordination with our team to ensure visibility into progress across various projects and guarantee delivery within our agreed scope. **Design of homepages, landing pages, category pages, product pages, service pages, checkout flows, user account areas, and other on-page conversion optimization elements.** **• Web designs focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO).** * UX/UI optimization. * Mockup design in **Figma**. * **Front-end implementation** of designs in WordPress, Shopify, and PrestaShop. * Website maintenance and enhancements. * Research into industry best practices. * WP website optimization. * Integration of SEO copy provided by our copywriters. * SEO implementation and optimization of websites. **What We’re Looking For** * Education in web UX/UI design. * Demonstrable experience with **Figma** within the last year. * Demonstrable experience with **WordPress** within the last two years. * Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, PrestaShop, Shopify, or similar. * Ability to take initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility toward your work. * Skill in conducting deep discovery work—understanding and documenting client needs and challenges. * Strategic vision for both projects and business. * Must be critical, organized, proactive, empathetic, and dynamic when proposing actions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively across multiple channels.
