We seek a committed and proactive individual who will drive and sustain excellence in fulfilling their mission. * Your Challenges and Responsibilities: * You will serve as the bridge between staffing needs and various departments, ensuring efficient human resources management. * You will manage recruitment processes, from job posting to final candidate selection. * You will establish and maintain strong relationships with recruitment sources and temporary employment agencies (ETT's). * You will act as the primary point of contact for newly hired staff, ensuring smooth and welcoming onboarding. * You will address staff inquiries and needs related to HR matters. * You will actively participate in coordinating and delivering internal and external training programs. * You will maintain up-to-date personnel databases and employee files. * You will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment. * You will foster a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. **What are we looking for in you?:** An organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and empathy; strongly oriented toward teamwork and problem-solving. **Requirements and experience:** * \*Availability to work in San Bartolomé de Tirajana\*. * Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience in similar roles. * A high level of English proficiency will be considered an asset. **What we offer you:** The opportunity to join a solid and growing business project where you can develop both personally and professionally.
