Our need We are recruiting picking operators for our DSL Picassent (Valencia) logistics center, with full-time availability, rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and availability to work weekends. What would be your mission? Ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate order-picking workflow, guaranteeing that every activity—including item selection, verification, movement, and goods registration—meets CCEP’s quality, safety, and traceability standards. Additionally, this position requires the ability to routinely perform manual lifting of loads. What would you do? * Prepare orders using radio-frequency devices and internal digital systems. * Handle and sort goods, ensuring their integrity and correct placement. * Organize and maintain stock according to established procedures. * Verify materials and products to ensure traceability. * Palletize and strap goods for dispatch. * Perform manual load lifting when required. * Support receiving and placement of goods. * Contribute to an orderly, safe, and respectful workplace. What do you need? * Valid forklift operator license (minimum 3 years). * Completed vocational training (CFGS or CFGM), considered valuable. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). * Weekend availability. * Personal vehicle. * Experience with SAP or radio-frequency systems is advantageous. * Ability to manually lift loads.
