Your day-to-day with us will be dynamic. These are the key responsibilities where you’ll leave your mark: * **Lead supervision and regulatory control of projects**: You will thoroughly analyze new-build and existing building construction projects to ensure regulatory compliance, verifying that each design phase meets the highest quality standards. * **Guarantee structural stability and technical prevention**: You will perform calculations and reviews of complex structures, applying your expert knowledge to anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and ensure project durability. * **Conduct technically impactful site inspections**: You will travel to various construction sites across the province to verify *in situ* proper execution and precise material control, transforming architectural plans into fully safe realities. * **Issue trusted technical certifications and reports**: You will validate and draft OCT, watertightness, and installation reports, becoming the indispensable technical guarantor for activating ten-year insurance policies and providing full peace of mind to developers and future users. **️ Essential Requirements:** More than a rigid checklist, we view these points as the technical tools you’ll need to succeed in your daily missions: * **Solid technical foundation in the sector**: Education in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Technical Architecture — ideally suited to naturally grasp the complexity of structures and regulations for each project. * **Proven field experience**: Minimum 2 years performing similar functions in OCT environments or construction companies, giving you the agility and confidence required to resolve technical challenges autonomously from day one. * **Management autonomy and mobility**: Valid driver’s license to independently organize travel to various construction sites with full flexibility. * **Comprehensive technical safety perspective**: Specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or experience in Health and Safety Coordination will be highly valued, enabling you to bring a 360-degree perspective to every site visit. * **Agile and collaborative mindset**: Your analytical ability, decision-making agility, and effective communication will be your strongest assets when interacting with clients and coordinating with an outstanding technical team. **What We Offer:** * **Job stability:** Indefinite contract and full-time schedule from day one. * **Flat, non-bureaucratic structure**: We believe in agility.
