We want to meet you! **Job Objective:** Design and monitoring of the area’s projects, ensuring appropriate monitoring and technical justification, as well as supporting projects and initiatives of various kinds that align with this area. **Area: Migration** **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the formulation, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects corresponding to this area. * Collaborate closely with implementing entities, Diaconía’s territorial offices, and other cooperating organizations. * Coordinate with the Administration and Finance Department, territorial offices, and implementing entities to prepare the respective technical reports and justification documents. * Participate in designing and launching technical tools that support the proper development of the program. * Support active search and identification of new funding calls, public and private co-financing sources, or complementary funding lines for the area’s projects. * Contribute, based on expertise and competencies, to designing communication and dissemination strategies that enhance the positioning of the area’s projects. * Collaborate in planning, coordinating, and executing seminars, workshops, and events across different projects, aligned with the program’s vision for this area. * Attend external meetings and working groups related to this area when delegated or required by job responsibilities, with the aim of exploring opportunities for joint work and institutional cooperation. * Coordinate monitoring and establishment of quality processes within the Area, identifying needs and developing work procedures and operational protocols. * Review and support obtaining data required by public authorities. * Conduct follow-up visits to technical teams and service units to verify their proper functioning. * Attend meetings convened by the coordination team and conduct follow-up meetings. * Meet established deadlines for assigned tasks. **Profile:** * University degree in Social, Political, or Administrative Sciences. * Postgraduate studies or Master’s degree in fields related to the responsibilities of this position is desirable. * Experience performing similar duties. **What We Offer:** * Temporary contract for 40 hours/week until 31\-12\-2026 (with possibility of extension) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Hybrid model: 3 days in office / 2 days remote) * National Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention: Group 1 \+ coordination supplement *At Diaconía, we commit to creating workplaces where equity, inclusion, and fair treatment prevail.
