You’ll be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of store visitors. In addition, you’ll coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills—as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. You’ll collaborate with other managers to foster a safe, organized, and efficient workplace, resolving queries or issues and ensuring compliance with company policies. **How would we like you to be?** We’re looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, fostering collaboration and learning.
