At Chao Pescao, we are looking for a passionate and committed **Chef** to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in fish and seafood cuisine and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to meet you! **Minimum Requirements** \- 2 years of experience as a Chef in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably specialized in preparing fish and seafood dishes \- Ability to work across different kitchen stations (grill, cold section, fry station, cooking, plating), adapting quickly to changes and demands. \- Passion for gastronomy, positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to quality standards. \- Ability to adjust to various tasks, follow operational procedures, and maintain focus on continuous improvement. \- Experience in placing orders and managing inventory. \- Familiarity with checklists, SOPs, PEPS/FIFO methods, and HACCP for proper food management. **Main Responsibilities** \- Perform duties according to established protocols and company standards. \- Place orders, supervise and receive goods, and verify delivery notes. \- Comply with HACCP regulations and kitchen health and safety requirements. \- Read and understand orders and instructions; familiarity with the **Revo** operating system is valued. \- Apply correct portion sizes and M.E.P. (Method, Equipment, Procedure) per dish according to company standards. \- Be versatile and adapt to different kitchen sections as service needs require. \- Maintain constant and effective communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff during service. \- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of facilities and kitchen equipment. \- Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage organization. **What We Offer** \- Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week), with 2 days off \- 30 days of paid vacation per year \- Continuous training and skill enhancement to support your sector development. \- Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment, with a career development plan.
