A consolidated gastronomic project with its own identity, where technical rigor and attention to detail define every service. Through Wintalent Select | Food & Beverage, we are seeking a Waiter/Waitress motivated and capable of leading the in-dining-room customer experience and maintaining service rhythm aligned with the Chef’s proposal. **Salary range:** €22,000 – €25,000 SBA The selection process is being managed by Wintalent Select | Food & Beverage, a consultancy specialized in recruiting middle management and technical and operational profiles. Process confidentiality is guaranteed. **What will your day-to-day look like?** *Dining room and service management* * Leading service flow, coordinating timing between kitchen and dining room to ensure a seamless, high-end culinary experience * Supervising reservations, organizing shifts, and service protocols * Monitoring compliance with mise en place, presentation, and cleanliness standards *Team* * Ensuring excellence standards and teamwork * Serving as a role model and behavioral reference *Customer service and coordination* * Representing the restaurant to customers, managing expectations and incidents with judgment and elegance * Coordinating with the Chef to ensure consistency among the gastronomic proposal, wine pairings, and dining room pace * Managing key service moments in high-demand environments **What do you need to succeed?** * Formal education in hospitality/restaurants * Solid, demonstrable experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Head Waiter/Waitress in high-end gastronomy environments (Michelin) * Knowledge of wine and food pairing (desirable) * Prior experience in Michelin-awarded restaurants * *Languages:* Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and Catalan; intermediate English * Interpersonal skills, leadership ability, incident resolution capability, and stress management during peak demand periods.
