The position focuses on delivering agile, approachable, and professional service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction throughout their entire dining experience—from service preparation through to closing and payment—always in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Set up and clear tables and service areas before and after each shift. * Serve and attend customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. * Advise customers on dishes, beverages, and wines. * Serve food and drinks according to BLUESEA Hotels’ quality standards. * Process payments and close out service shifts. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in work areas, tableware, and facilities. * Restock supplies and support efficient service management. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Coordinate effectively with other team members. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in hotels, restaurants, or bars. * Knowledge of bar service. * Customer orientation and commitment to service quality. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Languages: professional-level English (German and other languages are a plus). **We Offer:** * Employment with a stable and growing hotel chain. * A positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
