If you are interested in joining our team, apply to the following vacancy: We are recruiting a SOCIAL WORKER for a Third Sector non-governmental organization to participate in programs supporting migrant populations. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the person in this position will be responsible for welcoming and accompanying individuals or families entering YMCA’s reception services, responding to their needs, and strengthening their capacities for autonomous development within the host society. Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group support to program participants. * Plan, develop, and monitor individual social integration pathways. * Conduct necessary accompaniments to ensure proper implementation of intervention pathways. * Assess, manage, monitor, and justify granted financial assistance. * Prepare social reports and carry out associated administrative tasks related to integration processes. * Coordinate with individual or family support services required throughout the intervention process (Social Services, Educational Services, Health Services, etc.). * Provide information, guidance, and support to individuals accessing community resources. * Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to implement intervention pathways. * Refer service users to both internal and external organizational resources. * Update records in the SIRIA database or any other database provided by YMCA. * Actively participate in external meetings, ensuring networked collaboration with other public or private entities working in this field, via platforms, networks, or other forums. Salary according to Category II of the Social Action and Intervention Agreement. Contract duration: 6 months. Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, 38 hours 45 minutes, with two split-shift days and three continuous-shift days. **Profile:** Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and professional registration.
