Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to manufacture and produce in an industrial environment, operating machinery and tools while ensuring quality standards and safety regulations. Job stability with rotating shifts The position involves performing manufacturing and production tasks using various machines and tools. The incumbent must ensure proper equipment operation in accordance with established quality standards and production plans. All work is carried out in an industrial setting where attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations are essential. Daily responsibilities include preparing machines for operation, adding raw materials as specified, monitoring the production process, and identifying any anomalies or malfunctions. Basic machine adjustments are also required to maintain product quality, along with cleaning and lubricating equipment for optimal maintenance. Production data must be recorded, and any incidents reported to the supervisor. This is a stable position with working hours from Monday to Friday on rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Specific training on plant equipment and processes is provided, as well as opportunities for professional development within the production area. Compensation complies with the collective agreement for the metallurgical sector, including seniority and productivity-based increments. The contract is temporary. Prior experience operating industrial machinery or motors is required. Manual dexterity for handling tools and components is essential. Candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting. Availability for a long-term, permanent contract is highly valued.
