Professional development and growth We are a continuously growing holding company, and at **Camin Construcción \& Proyectos** in Madrid, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our team and actively participate in the execution and control of civil engineering projects. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably). * Knowledge of civil works and their various disciplines. * Ability to handle and interpret construction drawings. * Experience in surveying and drafting construction plans. * Knowledge of bill of quantities description and measurement control. * Proven experience supervising industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. * Experience supervising on-site tasks with personnel under supervision. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Strong communication skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper execution of on-site work according to drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate and manage on-site personnel. * Verify progress, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Report project status to the relevant supervisor. * Support material and productivity control. **We Offer:** * Joining a growing holding company. * Job stability. * Professional development and growth. **Location: Madrid, Spain.** Salary: €23,607.74–€27,742.58 per year Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Retirement plan Work Location: On-site employment
