The primary objective is to **analyze, design, and optimize business processes**, using Odoo as the main tool. ### **Responsibilities** Analysis and Strategic Consulting * + **Diagnosis:** Collect and analyze **functional and non-functional requirements**. + **Value Proposition:** Design customized solutions based on **Odoo**, aligned with industry best practices. * ️ Implementation and Quality Assurance * + **Core Configuration:** Parameterize Odoo modules according to specific business needs. + **QA \& Testing:** Conduct rigorous **functional testing** to ensure technical and operational quality of each delivery. Training and Support * + **User Adoption:** Train end users to ensure proficiency with the tool. + **Continuity:** Provide **post-implementation support** and resolve critical functional incidents. Business Knowledge * + **Financial Fundamentals:** Solid foundation in **accounting** and administrative management. + **Business Culture:** Deep understanding of operational processes (procurement, sales, inventory, and CRM). ### **Experience and Education** * Professional Experience * + **Odoo Track Record:** Solid experience of **1 to 3 years** in Odoo implementation, configuration, or advanced usage. + **ERP Vision:** Prior knowledge of other ecosystems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc.) is considered a plus. Academic Education * + **Higher Education Degree:** Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration (ADE)**, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines offering a structured business perspective. Local Specialization * + **Tax and Accounting Regulations:** Up-to-date knowledge of the tax and accounting system in **Spain** (mandatory for Odoo localization). + **Financial Expertise:** Ability to configure chart of accounts, tax models, and year-end closing procedures.
