A major plastic injection company located in Rubi is seeking a mold changer. You will join an international company offering a positive working environment. Working hours will follow rotating shifts. Immediate hiring and an annual gross salary of 24,000 euros. Requirements: * Experience in mold changes and commissioning molds from scratch. * Electrical knowledge at operational level, use of testers, and replacement of resistors. * Ability to use quality tools. * Ability to interpret basic measurements on 2D drawings. * Basic knowledge of workshop tools. * User-level knowledge of industrial robotics. * User-level computer skills for Excel and Word. * Forklift operator license. Responsibilities: * Perform production mold changes and installation of new molds. * Conduct trials for new molds. * Complete parameter and cooling circuit records for new molds. * Review parameter and cooling circuit records for production molds. * Develop robot programs from scratch and perform free movements. * Ensure cleaning of nozzles and nozzle holders removed from machines. * Assist with various production issues related to machines and robots. * Retrieve and maintain up-to-date documentation and folders for molds installed on machines. * Notify the materials supplier and quality department regarding preparation of materials, checklists, and calibrations. * Notify the coordinator to manage personnel, packaging data, and workstation assignments. * Print the mold change summary report from the computer, including time spent. * Always clean the machine after any mold change and keep the workstation organized.
